"Let me Introduce myself . . ."
 My name is Nicki Pike. I have lived in Red Deer since 1996, moving here to attend Red Deer College and to complete my Bachelors of Arts Degree majoring in Psychology. I often get asked how I went from majoring in Psychology to the world of mortgages. It's actually quite simple! While completing my degree I worked part time at RBC as a teller and then moved on to ATB Financial in a full time supervisory role once completing my studies. It was during my years with ATB and the various positions I held there that I found my passion - Mortgages. I gained invaluable experience while working at both RBC and ATB; basic banking, fraud detection, investments, lending, and of course mortgages. I believe this experience provides a greater understanding of the world of banking and mortgages that I can pass on to you. I have used this experience to propel my career as a Mortgage Specialist in Red Deer and in my third year (2009) with TMG The Mortgage Group Alberta Ltd I was in the top 20% of the nationwide company. I am also a part the Life Enhancement Group, a group of local professionals who all have the same goal of helping all those around us make each day the best we can. We put on regular workshops to educate and empower those around us on making choices that allow us to live our best lives. I am involved in different charities in various degrees, from organizing an annual cancer fundraiser to supporting the local SPCA. I believe we can all make a difference!
I have enjoyed making Red Deer my home and have met many wonderful people, including my husband Chad. Chad and I share our home with our crazy chocolate lab Jessie. Red Deer is a fantastic city to call home and we look forward to staying here for many more years!
